Banner Health said Sept. 30 that it was included in Forbes’ 2026 list of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals for the second consecutive year.
According to Banner, the nationwide list recognized 250 organizations. The health system said the ranking drew on a survey of more than 30,000 U.S. healthcare professionals and more than one million employer evaluations gathered over three years.
The evaluations addressed pay, working conditions, opportunities to advance and workplace safety, Banner said. The recognition concerns the health system’s standing as an employer.
