Queen Creek, Arizona — Gas prices in the East Valley area averaged $4.4390 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 27, 2026, according to AAA, up from $4.4340 yesterday. That is up from $4.2800 a week ago but higher than $3.9540 a month ago.
The statewide average in Arizona stands at $4.4060, while the national average is $4.1100. Drivers in the East Valley area are paying above the state average and above the national average.
The East Valley average remains below its AAA recorded high of $5.7000. Regular prices are about 48 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.3250, drivers are paying about 111 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the East Valley area averages $5.4610 per gallon, AAA reported.
