Myles Rowser, a safety for Arizona State University, has announced his intent to enter the NCAA transfer portal. The decision was shared by the player through his social media accounts. Rowser completed his two-year tenure at ASU, having played for the program during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Prior to his time in Tempe, Rowser played one season at Campbell and one at New Mexico State. Like many athletes who began their collegiate careers in 2022, he received an additional year of eligibility due to a court ruling. Over his career, he recorded a combined 317 tackles, with 182 of those coming during his two years at Arizona State.
Following the conclusion of the 2025 season, Rowser was not selected in the NFL draft. However, he did receive an invitation to a mini-camp with the Seattle Seahawks. His physical profile is listed at 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds.
Speculation arose regarding a potential return to ASU after coach Kenny Dillingham hinted at the possibility of adding another player. Rowser also posted the phrase "Ghost always comes back to haunt" on social media, which fueled theories that he might rejoin the Sun Devils. However, his most recent posts indicate that a return to Tempe is not the intended outcome.
