Monthly hands-on pizza-making dinner at Arizona's only working olive mill, 6:30 to 8:30 PM MST. A chef demonstrates dough stretching and tossing; each guest then makes their own pizza from prepared dough and sauce with a choice of toppings, served alongside a three-course dinner with wine pairings (Arizona wines). Tickets $95 per person plus tax, sold in advance; space limited. Next Pizza Date Night: November 11.
