Monthly hands-on pizza-making dinner at Arizona's only working olive mill, 6:30 to 8:30 PM. A chef demonstrates dough stretching and tossing; each guest then makes their own pizza from prepared dough and sauce with a choice of toppings, served alongside a three-course dinner with Arizona wine pairings. Tickets are $95 per person plus tax, sold in advance; space is limited. Guests must be 21 or older and tickets are sold in pairs.
