Queen Creek, Arizona — Gas prices in the East Valley area averaged $4.4670 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 30, 2026, according to AAA, up from $4.4320 yesterday. That is up from $4.3100 a week ago but higher than $3.9120 a month ago.
The statewide average in Arizona stands at $4.4240, while the national average is $4.0980. Drivers in the East Valley area are paying above the state average and above the national average.
The East Valley average remains below its AAA recorded high of $5.7000. Regular prices are about 55 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.3450, drivers are paying about 112 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the East Valley area averages $5.5450 per gallon, AAA reported.
