Queen Creek, Arizona — Gas prices in the East Valley area averaged $4.6794 per gallon for regular unleaded on September 13, 2026, according to AAA, up from $4.6755 yesterday. That is up from $4.6625 a week ago but higher than $4.4497 a month ago.
The statewide average in Arizona stands at $4.5791, while the national average is $4.3130. Drivers in the East Valley area are paying above the state average and above the national average.
The East Valley average remains below its AAA recorded high of $5.7000. Regular prices are about 23 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $3.8621, drivers are paying about 82 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the East Valley area averages $6.2107 per gallon, AAA reported.
