Queen Creek Marketplace is set to gain a bookstore this fall, with more dining and service businesses planned for next year.
Barnes & Noble’s official store page lists a November 2026 opening at 21546 S. Ellsworth Loop Road. The location will include a café, according to the retailer.
AZ Big Media’s September 30 report on developer Vestar’s announcement gives November 11 as the planned grand-opening date. The retailer’s own listing currently specifies the month without a day.
The same report says Aubergine Kitchen, JINYA Ramen Bar and LaserAway are expected in early 2027, with LongHorn Steakhouse anticipated in spring 2027. Those are projected opening windows; shoppers should check each business’s official listing closer to a visit.
