Postino, a restaurant and wine bar chain known for its extensive beverage programs, is preparing to open a new venue in Queen Creek later this year. The establishment will be situated within The Switchyard, a commercial complex that also houses Shake Shack, Snooze, Bamboo Sushi, Room and Porch, Zara Nail Bar, and Edward Jones.

The Queen Creek site will include a 3,800-square-foot interior capable of seating 107 guests, along with a 1,953-square-foot outdoor patio designed for 86 additional patrons. The design incorporates roll-up garage doors to blend indoor and outdoor spaces, a Zuru floor-to-ceiling lamp partition, and custom walnut wine walls.

A distinctive feature will be an art wall constructed from vintage milk caps, created in partnership with local vintage shops including Soda Pop, MoM, and Modern Manor.

According to company leadership, the decor pays homage to the region’s late-1800s history as a cattle ranching area near the San Tan Mountains and Queen Creek Wash. Postino co-founder and CEO Lauren Bailey stated that growing the brand in Queen Creek feels special given the area's development.

The menu will focus on artisanal wines, craft brews, and cocktails, paired with shareable plates such as bruschetta, panini, salads, and charcuterie boards. The restaurant will offer more than 20 wines by the glass and daily specials.

Happy hour pricing includes $6 glasses of wine and draft beer pitchers until 5 p.m., while Monday and Tuesday evenings after 8 p.m. will feature a $25 Bottle and Board deal.

Postino Queen Creek will operate daily for lunch and dinner, with weekend brunch starting at 10 a.m. The brand, which takes its name from the Italian word for postman, originated in Arizona more than 25 years ago. Details regarding the specific opening date have not yet been provided.
