Construction has commenced on The Collective on Ocotillo, a medical office project located at the southeast intersection of Ocotillo Road and 226th Street in Queen Creek. The development, valued at $20.1 million, is being led by developer A.T. Craft from Mesa. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
The project will consist of four buildings containing approximately 48,000 rentable square feet. Individual structures will range from 9,600 to 17,900 square feet. Spaces are available for both purchase and lease, accommodating units as small as 2,500 square feet up to entire buildings. Zoning permits various clinic, medical, dental, and general office uses.
Garret Clifford, chief executive officer of A.T. Craft, described Queen Creek as a dynamic growth market requiring expanded health care infrastructure. He stated that the development was planned with local providers and the community in mind, noting that interest from physician groups supports the need for such facilities.
Perry Gabuzzi of Kidder Mathews, the exclusive listing broker, reported strong demand for the property. He noted that interest increased significantly after the marketing campaign launched, with notable activity from both owner-users and tenants.
