Queen Creek Library visitors will need to use the building’s north-side entrance Thursday and Friday, Oct. 8–9, while landscaping work closes the main entrance, according to the Maricopa County Library District.

The library says signs will direct patrons from the parking lot. Its Oct. 8 Books and Banter listing also tells visitors to enter on the north side, near the Communiversity.

The entrance change comes alongside continuing parking restrictions. Portions of the library lot are closed for Switchyard construction, and the district directs drivers to lot entrances on East Ocotillo Road and South Ellsworth Road. The drive-through book drop is operating as a walk-up service with dedicated parking.

The branch is at 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. Its posted hours are 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Friday and Saturday; it is closed Sundays. Patrons can check the branch page or call 602-652-3000 for current access information.
