Postino is planning a fall 2026 opening in Queen Creek, bringing the Arizona-founded restaurant and wine bar to The Switchyard in the QC District. The site will be the brand’s first restaurant in Queen Creek.

Plans for Postino Queen Creek call for 107 seats inside a 3,800-square-foot dining area. A 1,953-square-foot patio is also planned, with room for up to 86 people. Design elements listed for the space include a Zuru lamp partition extending from floor to ceiling, a marquee-style wine display, walnut wine walls made for the location and roll-up garage doors.

The restaurant will be part of The Switchyard, where other announced dining, retail and service tenants include Shake Shack, Snooze, Mora, Cava, The Porch, Jeni’s, CorePower Yoga, Blu Sushi, Warby Parker and Provision.

“Arizona is where Postino first began, and growing our footprint here in a thriving community like Queen Creek feels incredibly special,” said Postino Co-Founder and CEO Lauren Bailey. “We’ve loved watching this area grow, and we can’t wait to create a welcoming space at The Switchyard where neighbors can come together over great food, wine, and conversation.”

The Queen Creek design is expected to include references to the area’s late-1800s history, including cattle ranching near the San Tan Mountains and Queen Creek Wash. The company also plans a custom wall made with vintage milk caps, along with mid-century modern furniture and decor sourced through Soda Pop, MoM and Modern Manor.

Postino’s menu includes bruschetta, panini, salads, charcuterie boards and shareable dishes, paired with wine, beer and cocktails. The location is expected to offer more than 20 wines by the glass, Arizona craft beers, $6 wine by the glass and draft beer pitchers until 5 p.m. daily, and a $25 Bottle & Board special after 8 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The restaurant is planned to open daily for lunch and dinner, with weekend brunch beginning at 10 a.m.
