Postino is expanding its presence in Arizona with a new location scheduled to open in Queen Creek later this year. The establishment will be situated within The Switchyard, a development located in the center of the Queen Creek District.

The Switchyard is described as one of the area's most anticipated projects, designed to complement existing and upcoming businesses such as Shake Shack, Snooze, Zara Nail Bar, and Edward Jones. Co-founder and CEO Lauren Bailey stated that Arizona is where the brand originated and expressed enthusiasm about growing in a community that has seen significant development.

The Queen Creek site will include 3,800 square feet of interior space capable of seating 107 guests. An adjacent 1,953-square-foot patio will accommodate up to 86 additional patrons. Interior design elements will feature floor-to-ceiling Zuru lamp partitions, custom walnut wine walls, and roll-up garage doors intended to blend the indoor and outdoor areas.

The menu will focus on bruschetta, paninis, salads, charcuterie boards, and other shareable items. The beverage program includes an evolving selection of cocktails, craft beers, and artisanal wines. More than 20 wines will be available by the glass daily.

Happy Hour runs every day until 5 p.m., offering $6 glasses of wine and draft beer pitchers. On Mondays and Tuesdays after 8 p.m., the restaurant will offer a Board and Bottle special for $25. The location will also host a Bottle Club membership program providing quarterly wine selections and exclusive events.

Postino Queen Creek will serve lunch and dinner daily, with weekend brunch beginning at 10 a.m. Specific opening dates and pricing details beyond the happy hour offers have not been provided.
