Construction has officially started on the Arizona Cardinals' new headquarters located in north Phoenix. On August 26, the team shared a video showing the first concrete being poured at the site, which is situated near the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.
The planned facility will cover 250,000 square feet and will include three outdoor practice fields along with an indoor field house. According to the Cardinals, the performance center will feature a modern locker room, advanced spaces for athletic training, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning, as well as updated dining areas, meeting rooms, and a player lounge.
The land for the headquarters was acquired by the Cardinals for $136 million during a state land auction. The completion of the facility is anticipated for the summer of 2028. Further details about the project were not provided.
