This weekly housing report covers Queen Creek, AZ, in the Phoenix region for queencreek.city. It uses Zillow market data, Redfin's May 2026 housing-market data and Freddie Mac's weekly mortgage survey. Nearby city sites in the network include Gilbert, Mesa, San Tan Valley and Chandler.
Zillow counted 658 homes for sale in Queen Creek as of May 31, 2026 and 192 new listings during the month. Zillow put the average home value at $632,212, down 0.4% over the past year, with a median list price of $696,333.
Redfin's May 2026 market page reported 474 homes sold, compared with 462 a year earlier. Redfin's median sale price was $618,625, down 2.6% from a year earlier, and average days on market were 71 days, compared with 65 days last year.

Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey put the average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 6.43% as of July 2, 2026, down from 6.49% a week earlier and below 6.67% a year earlier.

Redfin's year-over-year sales count increased from 462 to 474. Average days on market rose from 65 days to 71 days. Redfin's median sale price was down 2.6% from a year earlier.
