Swig, known for its unique dirty sodas, is set to expand its presence in metro Phoenix with two new locations. The Utah-based chain will open stores in Glendale and Tempe, adding to its existing ten locations in Arizona, bringing the total to twelve.
Dirty soda is a beverage that combines sodas like Coke or Dr. Pepper with flavored syrups, fresh fruits, purees, and creams. Swig promotes itself as the originator of this drink style, stating on its website, "It's not a Dirty Soda if it's not from Swig."
In addition to dirty sodas, Swig offers a variety of other beverages, including signature "reviver" and "refresher" drinks, hot chocolate, and snacks such as pretzel bites and homemade sugar cookies.
The new locations are listed as "coming soon" on Swig's website, with the Glendale store located at 5917 N. 91st Ave. and the Tempe store at 8675 S. Priest Drive. However, specific opening dates for these locations have not yet been announced.
