Continuance Requested

The Queen Creek Town Council has requested a continuance for a public hearing regarding a proposed fuel station and convenience store. The request moves the public hearing and possible action to the July 15, 2026, Town Council meeting.

Project Details

Brian Greathouse of Burch & Cracchiolo submitted the request for a rezone, conditional use permit, and site plan approval. The proposal covers approximately 2 acres located at the northwest corner of Cloud and Rittenhouse roads.
